Authorization for Investment Verification
Please note that each investment will necessitate a Resolution to Invest to ensure agreement from the directors, shareholder and/or partners (whichever is applicable) is obtained. Please complete verification within 14 days or before the campaign closes for a smooth process. Failure to do so will result in a refund of your payment.
Step 1: Locate your Investment Deals and submit the necessary documents
Locate your Investment Deals and submit the necessary documents to authorise the investment and ensure that the directors, shareholder and/or partners (whichever is applicable) agree with the decision. This Includes:
1. Company Resolution for Authorisation of Investment
The resolution of investment requires a certified true copy by the company secretary

2. SSM Company Profile/ Certificate of Incorporation
Please confirm the SSM company profile details is up to date in your Mystartr account’s company profile, if there is any changes (I.e: changes of director) please resubmit a latest version of the SSM company profile
Step 2: Submit & Wait for verification
Once you have submitted the required documents, our team will verify your identity. This process typically takes 1-2 working days.
Once your investment has been successfully verified, you will receive an email notification, and your investment will proceed accordingly.
