He is also in charge of creating and improving existing business processes alongside longtime working partner Tony Er. 


Sam is also the co-founder of Webse Sdn Bhd and DagangAsia Net Sdn Bhd, where he acts as an adviser and consultant to public listed companies (PLCs) and multinational companies (MNCs) in the areas of B2B and online portal development, e-commerce, and e-marketplace deployment before venturing into the Halal industry during his early days of career.


He is also the key committee member and team lead for past DagangHalal IPO exercises and acquired substantial and extensive knowledge and experience on London AIM and NEX market compliance matters. He also has gathered much IPO exercise experience for Bursa ACE market.

 

 

Tony Er is DagangHalal’s COO and has a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from 
Massachusetts Institute of Technology: MIT  (source: https://www.mit.edu/) Global SCALE Network along with a 1st Class Bachelor in Information Technology (Honours) in Information System Engineering from the Multimedia University.

The Story of DagangHalal
Whenever one hears the word “Halal”, the first thing that comes to mind is whether a dish or beverage is prepared in a way that Muslims can consume with a peace of mind and doesn’t contain any pork or alcohol in it. 
However, the Halal concept goes way beyond food and beverages and entails many other areas such as personal care, pharmaceutical, finance, and even logistic.
