We help manufacturers build smarter factories through three integrated business units: Machine Vision, Smart Warehouse and Factory Automation. Our Machine Vision unit develops AI-driven automated optical inspection (AOI) systems that use deep learning to detect and classify defects, helping factories move towards zero-defect production. Our Smart Warehouse unit delivers automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and warehouse management systems (WMS) that optimise space, inventory accuracy and throughput. Our Factory Automation unit designs and builds turnkey production lines, robotics, conveyors and PLC control systems that raise productivity and reduce reliance on manual labour. As a member of the NVIDIA Inception programme and an NVIDIA ecosystem partner, CODETRACE develops its AI inspection technology on the NVIDIA platform, bringing GPU-accelerated AI from the lab into real production lines.
