Is Mystartr for you?



Mystartr is a rewards-based crowdfunding platform, which means your projects are not entitled to receive funds in the form of financial compensations that involve both equity and profit-share arrangement. The type of incentive involved is what determines the difference between reward-based crowdfunding and equity-based crowdfunding. In rewards-cased crowdfunding you can raise fund for any type of campaigns but charities and businesses.

If you say yes to all of the components stated below, you’re ready to begin you crowdfunding campaign:

  • You want to raise money for a specific project or campaign with a clear goal, definitive outcome, specific target and timeframe. 
  • You can sketch out your project’s rewards.
  • You can create a sense of urgency within 60 days. 
  • You have an existing network of supporters you can tap into.
  • You have the staff capacity to manage the campaign to make a project a priority.
  • You can explain clearly what your funds go towards, have a set target and say when you’ll do what.
  • You are being open and honest. Sharing ideas is an essential part of Mystartr, if you don't want to share much information with potential backers then it probably isn't for you. It is a powerful community-building tool for project creators.
